Requests from an IP address that is not authorized should be logged in scheduler.log

Requests that come from an IP address that is not authorized because the IP address is not set in the security element (see http://www.sos-berlin.com/doc/en/scheduler.doc/xml/security.xml) of the ./config/scheduler.xml have to be logged in the ./logs/scheduler.log
