JOE should maintain XML comments in JITL Job definitions

Current Situation

• If a job configuration includes comments, e.g for parameters, or XML comments for documentation purposes then any changes of a user applied with JOE result in the fact that JOE removes the xml comments.

Reproduction

• To reproduce the problem
  • open attached PLSQL JITL job in JOE,
  • change the title
  • save the job
• Now xml comments will be deleted

Desired Behavior

• JOE should preserve any comments included in an XML file.

Explanations

• Preserving comments includes the possible conversion of special characters, e.g. < and >, to the respective XML entities.
