A day element with <day day="mon tue wed ..."> in the run time is not read correctly by JOE.
In JOE you see "-1 -1 -1 ..."

WORKAROUND:
Use digits 1-7 (1 for mon, 2 for tue, ...) instead of the weekday shortcuts
