Improve user interface for job chain nodes

The user interface should be improved:

• split into several tabs (e.g., nodes, options, file watcher, ...)
• handling by accelerators and popup menues instead of buttons
• integration of parameter windows
• changing the width and position of columns is possible (automatically restored)
