The last hot folder mechanism prevents re-use of the same folder by FTP

Current Behavior

• If during a JOE session
  • the live folder was opened in the file system and
  • this location is the backup folder for the file transfer profile
  • then it is no longer possible to open the live folder by FTP.
• The following error occurs: file is aready open

Desired Behavior

• It should be possible to open any folders having previously closed that folders in JOE.
• JOE should close the local folder first and then re-open it by using the file transfer profile.
