Passive Mode does not work with FTP Profiles

Current Situation

When a ftp connection to a ftp server is configured with using passive mode then this connection will not work, when the firewall is not configured to allow incoming connections as the passive mode option will not be considered.

This can be tested with the windows ftp client. As this client does not support the passive mode the ls command will not work.

Using the windows explorer with ftp://user@host will work, as the file explorer uses passive mode as the default.

When you have this situation the connection with JOE will not work even when enabling the passive mode.

Desired Behavior

The passive mode option should be considered by JOE when establishing the connection to a ftp server.
