When adding a new job chain node in JOE the <on_return_code> section should always be empty

Current Situation

When a job chain has a node that contains a <on_return_codes> element and this node is selected in JOE, then when adding a new node the new node will be initialized with the <on_return_codes> element of the selected node.

Desired Behavior

When adding a new node the new node always should have no <on_return_code> element by default.
