JOE should provide class_path and java_options for java:javascript jobs

Current Situation

When the language is set to java:javascript the java_option and the java classpath can not be set.

Desired Behavior

As java:javascript jobs start a JVM it should be possible to specify the classpath and the java_options attribute in JOE

This should also be possible for javax.script:rhino and javax.script:ecmascript
