    Description

      Current Situation
      When JOE is stopped the JVM (javaw.exe) still keeps running.
      On Windows this prevents an actual setup of JOE to run.
      Workaround On Windows the user has to stop the running java processes by hand through the windows task manager.

      Desired Behavior
      When JOE ist stopped all dependent java process should be stopped accordingly.
