Parameter 'Apply Details' function removes job chain child elements from JOE's interface

Current Situation

• Select 'Job Chains' in JOE's left hand pane.
• Select a job chain in the right hand pane.
• Click on 'Parameter'.
• Add a parameter name/value pair.
• Either:
  • click 'Apply Details' or
  • open the XML Editor (click 'Open XML'), make a change and then close the XML Editor.
• The Job Chain child elements (Steps/Nodes & Orders) vanish from JOE's left hand pane.
  • The Nodes, File Order Source & Diagram form tabs are no longer accessible.
  • Access to the Job Chain child elements can only be recovered by clicking the Reload Configuration/Discard Changes icon.

Desired Situation

• The 'Apply Details' function will be correctly executed when the button is clicked in the above scenario.
• Clicking the 'Apply Details' button or using the Edit XML functions should not cause access to the Job Chain child elements to be lost.
