Renaming of Job Chains in JOE should not delete the current name if the Job Chain is in use

Current Situation
When rename job chain that have an order assigned JOE ask for confirmation that the job chain should be renamed. If this will be confirmed JOE removes the current name.
Desired Behaviour
When rename job chain that have an order assigned JOE ask for confirmation that the job chain should be renamed. If this will be confirmed JOE should not remove the current name.
