Joe should store jobs that are created with the wizzard even if no parameters are defined

Current situation
When creating a job using the Job Wizzard, and click already the Finish button at the first wizzards page, JOE does not store the job configuration file on the disk.
Desired behaviour
JOE should store all Job configuration on the disk even those that have been created with the Job Wizzard.
