JOE should not show an error message when selecting an empty job chain

Current situation
When creating a new job chain and selecting the new entry from the tree,l an error message is shown, that the job chain is invalid. The same happens when selecting the diagramm tab for an empty job chain.
Desired behaviour
No error message should be shown when selecting an empty job chain or a diagram for an empty job chain.
