Description
Current Situation
- Starting vom Release 1.9 JOE creates empty namespaces, e.g.
<job xmlns="" name="xjob1"> - The same behavior applies to arbitrary elements such as jobs, process classes etc.
Desired Behavior
- Namespaces should be specified exclusively if required by the XML context.
