It is not possible to save event handlers with JOE

Description
When opening a event handler file (or create a new one), then change the content with JOE, it is not possible to save the file. Nothing happens when clicking on the save button.
Desired behaviour
It should be possible to save changes in event handler configuration files with JOE.
