    Description

      Current Behavior
      The URL is 

      file:///$SCHEDULER_HOME/lib/jobs/...

      where the lib folder is wrong, so that the browser returns a 404 (File not found).

      Desired Behavior
      JOE uses the correct URL to open the documentation
