Master Cluster Status diagram should work for French language

Current Situation

• When the user interface is set to "French" then the cluster's diagram is wrong. But when I set the interface to another language (English, German or Japanese) then it works.

Desired Behavior

• The Master Cluster Status diagram should work for all languages
