Job Chains view should display zombie tasks

Current Situation

• Consider the scenario explained with JS-1882.
• The Job Chains view displays an order with a job node that is waiting for an Agent to become reachable.
• The Job Chains view does not display that in fact a task is running and does not offer an action menu to kill the task.

Desired Behavior

• The Job Chains view should display a task that is waiting for a resource (Agent, Lock etc.) and should offer the tasks' action menu to kill the task.
