Sort order should be considered for history in Job Chains view

Current Situation

• From the Job Chains view the order history entries appear in an arbitrary sqeuence (presumably sorted by status then start time), see screenshot

Desired Behavior

• History entries should be sorted in descending order of the "Start Time" column independently from the status (same sort order as for the History view)
