Correct periods and run-times with calendars should be displayed with JOC Cockpit

Current Situation

• When adding a time slot period to a calendar assignment in the run-time editor, the entry is show twice after reopening the run-time editor.
• When adding a time slot period to a frequency assignment in the run-time editor, the entry is displayed correctly after reopening the run-time editor.
• In both cases it is not possible to delete the period.

Desired Behavior

• The run-time editor in JOC Cockpit should display periods only once. It should be possible to delete periods from a calendar assignment.
