Update the patch executor for JOC Cockpit to function with the new patch process

    Description

      Current Situation

      Up to release 1.13.3 the patch executor updates specific files inside the web applications war file. Multiple patches for multiple files to update can be processed.

      Desired Behavior

      Starting with release 1.13.4 the patch executor should execute one patch file only.

      The patch to process will be a completely patched web application file (joc.war).
