Order log fails to display in JOC

    Description

      Current Situation

      • The order log is displayed when opened in a new window.
      • The GUI throws a 404 if the order log of a file order is opened in a new browser tab.
      • Consider the linked SourceForge post.

      Desired Behavior

      • File order logs (created from monitored directories) should should work for a new window and for a new browser tab.
