No order titles are displayed with the GUI in a compact view

Current Situation

• No order titles are displayed with the GUI in a compact view, i.e. with parameter compact=true
• No order titles are displayed for ad hoc orders
• Order titles are displayed only for permanent orders in a detailed view, i.e. with parameter compact=false; see JOC-91

Desired Behavior

• Order titles should be visible
  • from the Orders View
  • from the Job Chains View
