Parameters for the job Chain node should not be removed when state name for the node is changed

Current situation

• In the JOC Cockpit Configuration tab if a job chain node is created with a node parameter or return codes then if that node is renamed then its associated parameters and return codes get removed.

How to reproduce

• Create a job chain and add a parameter or return code to any node of the job chain.
• Rename the state of that job chain.
• The parameters or return codes will be removed.

Desired behavior

• On changing the state of a node in a job chain its associated parameters or return codes should not be removed.
