The graphical view hangs when all the nodes with jobs are removed

Current Situation

• On removing all nodes from the graphical view of the job chain and again try to add nodes to create Job Chain it did not respond and not able to add new nodes in the graphical view as the end node's success and error are represent their.

Desired Behavior

• The node should be added to the graphical view of the job chain when we again try to create Job Chain after removing all nodes.
