Job chain nodes should not be sorted implicit

Current Situation

• Wenn changing the state of a node in the inventory view of JOC Cockpit, then the node is implicit reordered according to the next state assignment.

Desired Behavior

• Changing the next state of a job chain node in the inventory view of JOC Cockpit should have an effect on the odering of the states/nodes in the job chain definition.
