The deploy result should only show the last result

Current Situation

When showing the deploy result the list does not only show the last deploy result but all result of all deployment since the last login. This only happens when using the deploy button. It does not happen when using the context deploy function.

Desired Behavior

The deploy result window should only show the result of the last deployment.
