After deleting a setback max. value no more setback counts can be added

    Description

      Current Situation

      When creating a setback count for a job and after adding the max. value then delete the max. value. After this it is no longer possible to add a setback count.

      Desired Behavior

      When deleting the max. value of a setback it should still be possible to add entries to the setback.

      Workaround

      After logout/login it is possible again to add entries to the setback count.
