The Add Order dialog in the add return code view for nodes should show the list of orders when creating a new one.

h3, Current Situation
The Add Orders view in the node return code dialog shows the input fields for a new add order command when clicking an entry in the list or when clicking the "Add order" button. In this view the list of already existing add order commands is not visible.

Desired Behavior

When showing the input fields for a new add order command when clicking an entry in the list or when clicking the "Add order" button the list of already existing add order commands should be shown under the Apply and Cancel buttons
