The Next State dialog in the add return code view for nodes is corrupt

Current Situation

The Next State dialog in the node return codes view is confusing.
The list does not show all return code assignments and the dialog is illogical

Desired Behavior

• Instead of "Add State" or "Add another State" it should be "Add Return Code" or "Add another Return Code"
• When opening the view all defined return code assignments should be shown in a list of input fields.
• It is possible to edit the values directly in the input fields.
• When clicking the "Add State" button two empy fields for the return code and the next state are shown.
• The behavior of the dialog is like the dialog for editing parameter name/value
