JOC Cockpit XML Editor - Others configurations

Current Situation

• The .NET XML Editor program was migrated to JOC Cockpit and allows managent the YADE and NOTIFICATION configurations.
• The JOC Cockpit XML Editor not supports management of the other .xsd based configurations.

Desired Behavior

• The JOC Cockpit XML Editor should provide the functionallity to assign the custom .xsd schema files and create the custom configurations.
