      Curren Situation

      The Job stream service supports function calls in parameter values like %%Substring(text,1,2)%%

      Nested function calls like %%(Substring(%%calcdate(date,10)%%,1,1) are not possible.

      Desired Behavior

      Job Streams should support nested function calls in parameter values of the jobs
      Example: xxxx%%CALCDATE(%%SUBSTRING(2010,1,2)%%1125,10,yyyyMMdd)%%yyyy
