Template wizard for jobs in JOC Cockpit

Current Situation

JOC Cockpit does not provide a wizard for JITL Jobs. This feature is available with the JOE job editor that is included with JobScheduler releases as a separate Java based component.

Desired Behavior

JOC Cockpit should provide a wizard for JITL Jobs with a functionality similar to the standalone JOE job editor.

The wizzard should show a selectable list of JITL Jobs. For the selected job there should be a list of available parameters. With the wizard it should be possible to select the parameters from the list and to set the values for the selected parameters.
