JOC Cockpit throws "JOCMissingRequiredParameterException" when we import JSON file for calendar again after canceling it once

Current Situation

• When we import a calendar from JOC Cockpit and cancel it. And again try to import then the JOC Cockpit throws "JOCMissingRequiredParameterException: undefined 'jobschedulerid'".

How to reproduce

• Login to the JOC Cockpit.
• Move to Resources tab.
• Click on calendars and Import Calendar.
• Select a JSON file to be imported, select calendars to be imported from the file(if multiple) and click Cancel.
• Click on Import Calendar, select a JSON file, select the calendars to be imported and click on Import.
• The JOC Cockpit throws an exception "JOCMissingRequiredParameterException: undefined 'jobschedulerid'". 

Desired Behavior

• The JOC Cockpit should not throw an exception "JOCMissingRequiredParameterException: undefined 'jobschedulerid'" even if it is once canceled.
