We've installed the patch into JOC 1.12.7, but unfortunately the situation is still not correct. The Task History shown in Orders Overview still differs from the Job Chains view. I've opened a new ticket: Ticket#: 2019030110000108

        I have the following question:
Can we see from any log file whether a patch is installed used and which one(s)?

        Hello Armin,

Steps to check patches installed or not:

        • Copy the /jetty_base/webapps/joc.war file to a temp directory.
        • Open it with any zip archive software and look inside for the patch files.
        • Then compare the names and size of jar files.
        • Now if all the patches or jar files are inside the war file e.g. C:/temp/joc.war/WEB-INF/lib/ , then its confirmation.

        Best Regards
        Anuj Mandloi

        Hello Anuj,

We downloaded patch zips from the SOS page and copied them into the installation directory this way:

        $ ls -l ./JOC/patches/
        total 4380
        drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 39 2019-03-06 13:06:22 bin

Is this sufficient and JOC picks them up automatically?

        Regards

The Task History of Orders Overview View is different from Job Chains View.
        Yes, it's by design.

        1. JOC-673 handles duplicate entries in the lists. That's a different subject.
        2. The Task History in the Order Overview View lists for running orders only task history entries of task which contains log content of the current Order history id on the current Job Chain node
        3. The Task History in the Job Chain View lists all task history entries of task which contains log content of the current Order id from the current Job chain

This results that the "Task History in the Order Overview View" <= "Task History in the Job Chain View"
