"UnknownJob" is displayed in place of Job name in the Task History of Job Chains view

Current Situation

• When user views the task history of a Job Chain then the Job name of some jobs is displayed as "UnknownJob" in Job column.

How to reproduce

• JobScheduler is running
• Deploy the attached JOC-650.zip sample to the JobScheduler live folder
• Open the live/JOC-650 JobChain with the JOE (JobScheduler Object Editor)
• Rename the Job state_200 to e.g. state_300
  • save the changes and wait few seconds
• Rename again using the original state_200 name
  • save the changes and wait few seconds
• JOC
  • Start the JOC-650 JobChain (Add Order)
  • Switch to Task History view.
    • /JOC-650/state_200 is displayed as JOC-650/JOC-650/UnknownJob.

Desired Behaviour

• Task History should display the Job name instead of "UnknownJob".
