Description
Current Situation
- When the user prints any Japanese character in the Script section of JOC then it displays "question mark " in place of that Japanese character.
How to reproduce
- Create a Standalone Job in JOE.
- Write Japanese text in the first line of Script section and save it, e.g., @echo 2018年 12月 13日 木曜日 22:37:57 JST
- Login into JOC Cockpit and open Jobs view.
- Click on action menu of that job and select "Start Task now" and Submit.
Desired Behavior
- State Text in Jobs view should display same text as written in the first line of Script section in JOE, e.g., 2018年 12月 13日 木曜日 22:37:57 JST.
Maintainers Note
- The JobScheduler release 1.x does not support Unicode; thus this feature is dismissed. The Unicode support will available with the JobScheduler release 2.0.
