Dashboard widgets are not saved after editing

Current Situation

• When the user tries to customize the dashboard by removing one or more widgets and save it.
• The changes do not affect when JobSchedulerID is switched to another JobSchedulerID and switched back.

How to reproduce

• Login to Joc Cockpit.
• Go to Dashboard and click on Edit Layout.
• Delete and move the Widgets and save.
• Switch the JobSchedulerID, the dashboard in the default layout.
• Switch the JobSchedulerID (with customized layout) the removed widgets are reappeared.

Desired Behaviour

• When a user tries to customize the view the changes should persist.
