Column "Last Update Time" in Agent Cluster View displays the wrong time.

Current Situation

• The .//jobscheduler/agent_clusters api sends a survey for the Agent Cluster and for each Agent.
• JOC reads the survey date of the Cluster to fill the column "Last Update Time" for each Agent. This is wrong.

Desired Behavior

JOC should reads the survey date of each Agent for the column "Last Update Time".
