Adding restrictions to run-times when a restriction is already assigned does not work

Current Situation

• When assigning a calendar to a run-time then for each calendar it is possible to specify multiple periods and multiple restrictions.
  • For adding the restriction there is a + button.
  • For changing an existing restriction there is a pencil button.
• When the calendar has an assigned restriction and the + button is clicked then the already existing restriction is opened for change.

Desired Behavior

• When a calendar has an assigned restriction and the + button is clicked an empty restriction should be should and the entered restriction should be added to the list.
