History search in JOC does not work with 08:00am to 08:00 pm

Current Situation

When specifing a from to date interval in the history advanced search with hh:mmam and hh:mmpm no entries will be found.

Also it is not possible to specify the seconds. When specifing a from to date interval in the history advanced search with hh:mm:ssam and hh:mm:sspm all entries will be found.

Desired Behavior

When specifing a from to date interval in the history advanced search with hh:mmam and hh:mmpm the entries in the will be found.

Also it should be possible to specify the seconds. When specifing a from to date interval in the history advanced search with hh:mm:ssam and hh:mm:sspm the entries in the given interval should be found. If specifing no seconds then the value 00 should be the default
