./events api should collect Order and Job events for all cluster members of an active cluster related to distributed job chains

Current Situation

• JOC Cockpit communicates with one JobScheduler Master member of an active cluster.
• A distributed order can be processed by a member of the active cluster which is not the current Master used with JOC Cockpit.
• JOC Cockpit updates the current view if a corresponding event is sent but only events of the current JobScheduler Master are sent
• If an order is processed by a different member of the active cluster then JOC Cockpit cannot update the view immediatly.
