JOC Cockpit should close database connection when the service has been shut down

Current Situation

• When JOC Cockpit is startet and a user is logged in then JOC Cockpit opens database connections.
• When shutting down JOC Cockpit then these connections will not be closed immediately.

Desired Behavior

• When shutting down JOC Cockpit all open database connections should be closed.

Notes

• Open connections can be verified e.g. in the MySQL Workbench with the Client Connections view.
