Duplicate entries in Job Chains view task history

      Current Situation

      When a task handles more than one order then in the Job Chains view the task history sub-view contains duplicate entries.

      Desired Behavior

      The Job Chains view with the task history sub-view should not contain duplicate entries. The same applies to the Orders Overview view.
