The column "Job" in the Resources->Events view is empty when the value for the job chain is empty

Current Situation

The Resources->Events view shows all existing custom events. The column Job is empty when the value for job_chain is empty. If both job and job chain have a value then both are displayed.

Desired Behavior

The value for Job should be displayed in the result list even when the job chain is empty.
