Add operation names to audt log

Current Situation

• As of now the audit log shows the effective API call that has been executed for an operation. This technical information is helpful, however, in some cases it is not evident which GUI operation did result in the API call. In addition, for non-English speakers there is no way to map the GUI operation name from their preferred language to the name of the API call.
• JOC-551 states the details about this behavior.

Desired Behavior

• The audit log should be extended to store the operation name as presented by the GUI in the user's preferred language.
