Allow Individual Job Chain view to follow link to Job Chains view

Current Situation

1. When a user navigates to the Invidual Job Chain view, e.g. by using the Dashboard and Orders Overview view then this view displays the name and path of the job chain:
   • clicking the name of the job chain will display the history.
   • the path is not clickable.
2. When a user navigates to the Individual Job view, e.g. by using the Dashboard and Orders Overview view then this view displays the name and path of the job
   • clicking the name of the job will display the history.
   • the path is clickable and opens the Jobs view for the folder that is referenced by the link.

Desired Behavior

• Users would like 1) to behave similar to 2). The path of the job chain in the Individual Job Chain view should be clickable and should open the Job Chains view with the folder that is referenced by the link.
