"New Order State" list in the "Start Order parameterized" dialog should not contain end nodes of the job chain

Current Situation

• In a number of dialogs you can set the "New Order State":
  • Start Order parameterized
  • Resume Order parameterized
  • Resume Order from state
• Here, you can chose from a list of all job chain nodes including the end nodes of the job chain which doesn't make sense.
• Delimitation: this does not affect setting the "New Order End State"

Desired Behavior

• The list of "New Order State" should not contain end nodes of the job chain for the indicated dialogs.
