      Current Situation

      The REST API call ./api/jobscheduler/commands writes always to the Audit Log independently of the commands that are included.

      Desired Behavior

      The REST API call ./api/jobscheduler/commands should only write to the Audit Log if it contains a modifying command such as <modify_order...> or <start_job...> etc.
