File Transfers view should offer "Show Log" operation with the action menu

Current Situation

• The JOC Cockpit File Transfer view displays the transfer log (order log) when the user clicks on the transfer profile name.

Desired Behavior

• JOC Cockpit should have a "Show Log" operation with the Action Menu.
• When a user clicks on the "Show Log" Action Menu item then the Order log should be displayed.
